Before you put on a bikini, all you have to do is the following:
Lie on a flat, hard surface, with your shoulders on the floor, lift your legs on Pilates ball without having to bend your knees.
Tighten the buttocks muscles by lifting yourself from the ground and relying on the legs on ball. Hands should remain on the ground.
Hold in this position for 10-15 seconds and longer if you can.
Keep your buttocks lifted, then you can bend the knees and feet, pulling the ball to you.
Be persistent and repeat the exercise until you feel tired.
